2. Personal data we may process
When you visit the website
Our hosting and security services may record technical information such as IP address, time of access, requested address, browser type and information about errors or security incidents.
When you contact us
If you send us an email, we may process your name, email address, company, role and any information you include in your message.
When you book a meeting
We may process your name, contact details, selected meeting time and other information you provide during the booking process.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We may process personal data in order to:
- respond to enquiries and follow up prospective customers
- schedule, conduct and follow up meetings
- operate, secure and troubleshoot the website
- prevent misuse and security incidents
- comply with legal obligations
Processing will normally be based on our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website and responding to enquiries. Where an enquiry concerns a possible or existing agreement, processing may also be necessary to take steps before entering into a contract or to perform a contract.
4. Meeting bookings through Microsoft Bookings
Selecting “Book a meeting” opens an external booking page provided by Microsoft. Information entered on that page is processed through Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Bookings.
Microsoft may process technical information and use necessary cookies on its booking page. Microsoft's own terms and privacy statement apply when you visit it.
6. Service providers and processors
We may use service providers for hosting, security, email, calendar services and meeting bookings. These providers may process personal data on our behalf or act as independent controllers for their own services.
Current providers may include:
- Microsoft Azure for hosting and technical operations
- Microsoft 365 for email, calendar and meeting bookings
Personal data may be processed outside Norway. Where this involves a transfer outside the EEA, the transfer must be based on a valid transfer mechanism.
7. How long we retain personal data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
- Technical logs are normally retained for 365 days.
- Enquiries and correspondence are retained while necessary for follow-up and subsequently for the period required by our documentation needs.
- Information relating to customers and agreements may be retained as long as necessary to perform the agreement and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on the processing, you may have the right to access, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority if you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully.
