Before the work begins

From client request to an established matter

AppVault Onboarding supports Client Review and client and matter registration. The platform collects assessments, can initiate necessary compliance checks and provides an overview of previous matters. When the process is completed, the client and matter are created in the organisation’s ERP and DMS, while relevant documentation is transferred to the DMS.

ERP can remain the master system for employees. When an employee is created in ERP, that person can be used in AppVault Onboarding without a separate user register.
